I just bought a JDM 2+2 TT car, with a few problems, that hopefully won't cost a fortune to resolve. Below is the problems I need to fix in order of priority. 1. Car stalls. Only within first couple minutes of starting, doesn't matter if its warm hot or cold. It runs and starts perfectly, but then after a minute the idle is a bit rough and it becomes completely unresponsive to the throttle. Starting up again works perfectly and if I keep the revs up it won't stall again, but on the 1st to 2nd shift if the revs are low or its a very slow shift it can stall again. After running for a bit it doesn't stall even if I clutch from 5k RPM and let the RPM drop back to idle. Cold idle is 800rpm, hot idle varies 1.1-1.5k rpm. 2. White stinky (not sweet) smoke, smells like oil. Oil doesn't seem to be burnt coming out of engine, doesn't blow smoke on startup (unless was stalled, then a little bit). Almost no smoke when moving off a red light either. Smoke is under a long hard acceleration but most noticeable when shifting a big cloud puffs out. Barely noticeable usually but anytime boost is out of vaccuum its extremely bad. Car has blowoff valves (only mod) and it looks to me oil is coming out of the blow offs making me think turbo(s) leaking oil? PO had way too much oil inside (5-30 synth mobil 1) I drained probably 1.5L to bring it to just under max. 3. Fluid leaks. There are a few small puddles that form under the car and a good portion of the parts under the hood have fresh oil on them. Possibly also coolant. Obviouslly this is from hoses or connections as it won't just fly through the metal but i'm not sure where to check as it seems to be all over everything. LH side under where the LH turbo/intercooler is seems to be especially bad, but i checked a couple hoses and they seem clamped and ok tightly. Please help!! :)
